Convafoam border dressings manage wounds with low to heavy exudate levels; they're typically indicate for pressure ulcers; venous leg ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers; surgical wounds; and minor burns and skin abrasions.
It has a soft, multi-layered, absorbent central pad containing superabsorbent fibers, polyurethane foam and Hydrofiber (sodium carboxymethylcellulose).
The hydrofiber layer within the dressings micro-contours and adapts to the wound bed unlike traditional foam dressings.
