Preparation H ointment helps relieve the surface itching and discomfort associated with hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoidal tissue is shrunk and burning is relieved.
Bowel movements will be less painful as Preparation H temporarily protects the inflamed, irritated anorectal surface.
Preparation H is 0.25% phenylephrine HCl and is 50% witch hazel.
Witch hazel is an astringent which means it tightens the tissues which will help the rectum feel better.
Tube contains 57 grams of hemorrhoidal ointment.
