Storage Requirements Store the Bio–Glo Luciferase Assay System components at –30°C to –10°C. The Bio–Glo Luciferase Assay Buffer can be stored at below 30°C for up to three months with approximately a 10% change in reagent functionality. For optimal performance, reconstituted Bio–Glo Luciferase Assay Reagent should be used the day of preparation. However, once reconstituted, Bio–Glo Luciferase Assay Reagent can be stored at –20°C for up to six weeks.
