Rhodamine-phalloidin. is a very useful tool for investigating the distribution of F-actin. Phallotoxins have similar affinity for both large and small filaments, binding in a stoichiometric ratio of about one phalloidin molecule per actin subunit in cells from various species of plants and animals.

Biotin-XX phalloidin. stains F-actin with nanomolar affinity. The long flexible spacer group XX facilitates interaction between biotin and avidin, or streptavidin, which can be labeled with a fluorophore or an enzyme for visualization of F-actin.

Fluorescein phalloidin. stains F-actin with nanomolar affinity.Fluorescent phallotoxins can also be loaded into live cells via cationic liposomes. The green fluorescent fluorescein phalloidin was one of the earlier fluorescent phallotoxins developed, and is still widely used for visualizing F-actin.

Rhodamine 110 phalloidin. stains F-actin with nanomolar affinity. Fluorescent phallotoxins can also be loaded into live cells via cationic liposomes. The green fluorescent rhodamine 100 phalloidin is much more photostable than fluorescein phalloidin (00030).

Sulforhodamine 101 (Texas-Red) Phalloidin. binds to F-actin with nanomolar affinity. The red fluorescent phalloidin is typically applied to fixed and permeabilized cells but can also be loaded into live cells via cationic liposomes.

Phalloidin labeled with the blue fluorescent dye CF405. is one of an outstanding series of CF dyes we have developed. CF405 can be optimally excited by the 405 nm violet laser line and emits at 460 nm. CF405 phalloidin binds to F-actin with nanomolar affinity.

CF488A phalloidin conjugate. is labeled with our superior green fluorescent dye CF488A. Fluorescent phalloidin conjugates are excellent tools for cytoskeletal studies. CF488A is a superior alternative to the traditional green fluorescent dye FITC (or fluorescein) or Alexa Fluor 488.

The CF568 phalloidin conjugate. is labeled with our superior red fluorescent dye CF568. The dye is optimally excited by the 568nm line of the Ar-Kr laser. Conjugates of the dye are much brighter and photostable than those of Alexa Fluor 568, making CF568 a much better choice for many applications.

CF594 phalloidin conjugate. is labeled with our superior deep-red fluorescent dye CF594. CF594 is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor 594 and Texas Red dye but yields much brighter conjugates and has excellent photostability ideal for many applications, such as confocal and single molecular imagings.

CF660R phalloidin conjugate. is labeled with our long wavelength fluorescent dye CF660R. Phalloidin conjugates to F-actin are excellent tools for cytoskeletal studies. CF660R is a bright and extremely photostable dye that absorbs at 663nm and emits fluorescence at 682nm between far-red and near-IR.

CF680R phalloidin conjugate. is the mushroom toxin phalloidin labeled with our bright and extremely photostable near-IR fluorescent dye CF680R. Because of their highly specific binding to F-actin, fluorescent phalloidin conjugates are excellent tools for cytoskeletal studies.

CF350 phalloidin conjugate. is labeled with our superior blue fluorescent dye CF350. Phalloidin conjugates are excellent tools for cytoskeleton studies. CF350 is spectrally similar to the traditional blue fluorescent dye AMCA, and at least as bright as Alexa fluor 350.
