Biotin-PEO4-maleimide. is a water soluble biotin derivative that can be readily coupled to thiols.
Aminooxy-biotin. is used to covalently attach biotin to a molecule with an aldehyde or ketone group. The aminooxy group reacts with an aldehyde or ketone group to form a stable oxime linkage in an neutral aqueous condition. The reaction is fast and can be accelerated by adding aniline as a catalyst.

Fluorescein-5-maleimide. is the most widely used green fluorescent thiol-reactive dye. The reaction requires very mild conditions and is highly specific.
5(6)-CR110-C5-maleimide. -has spectral properties similar to those of fluorescein, but the photostability of the dye is among the best of all green fluorescent dyes. Thus, the dye is a superior green fluorescent dye for labeling thiols.
MTS-tetramethylrhodamine. is a fast-reacting and highly selective thiol-reactive label that permits one to attach the popular fluorescent dye carboxytetramethylrhodamine to a thiol group.
AEAETS (2-aminoethyl 2-aminoethanethiosulfonate). is a doubly positively charged alkanethiosulfonate.
2-((4-Azido-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzoyl)amino)ethyl methanethiosulfonate. is a cross-linker containing a MTS group and a photoaffinity label 4-azido-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzene (ATFB). ATFB is known to be a superior photoaffinity label that undergoes highly efficient CH bond insertion on UV photolysis.
MTS-AMCA (7-amino-4-methylcoumarin-3-acetic acid). is one of the most widely used UV-excitable, blue fluorescent dye. MTS-AMCA readily labels a thiol with AMCA.
MTS-CR110. is a green fluorescent thiol-reactive dye. CR110 has absorption and emission spectra similar to those of fluorescein, but its photostability is far better than that of the latter. Thus, MTS-CR110 is a superior green fluorescent dye for labeling thiols.
MTS-CR110-X. is a green fluorescent thiol-reactive dye. It is similar to MTS-CR110 (91035) except that the former has a X linker between the dye and the MTS reactive group. The linker molecule may enhance fluorescence when the dye is attached to proteins.
MTS-ROX , mixed isomers. is a fast-reacting and highly selective thiol-reactive rhodamine dye.
MTS-Rhodamine 6G. is a fast-reacting and highly selective thiol-reactive rhodamine dye.
